How can I pay for my order?
You can use any of the payment types listed at the bottom of our website, use card details over the phone or visit us in store to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are always safe with us.
We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. To better protect our customers when making online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.
What are your delivery options?
We normally only offer two types of postage, standard or express.
We allocate the delivery partner based on the delivery method selected and the value of your order.
If you’ve placed multiple orders within a few days of each other that qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may be sent in one parcel. You’ll be able to see whether they’ve been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you’ve placed is the same.
If you’re in a rush for your delivery, we would advise that you make contact with us before placing your order so we can ensure your order can get to you on time.
Will an item come back in to stock?
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we can not guarantee when or if an item will come back in to stock. Our stock is constantly changing to ensure that our customers have a unique experience with every visit.
Can I return an item or order?
Depending on what it is that you’ve ordered, you may have a 30 day window from the date you placed your order to notify us on your intention of returning the items.
All returns are subject to our original condition and fair use policies set out in our ‘Returns Policy’.

I'm ordering a bespoke suit, how much does it cost?
The cost of your new suit much depends on your choice of cloth, prices start at around £400>. Richard William Custom Made only uses cloth from the finest mills throughout the UK and Europe. Any suit you purchase from us will be made to measure and the end result will fit you perfectly. You can choose everything, right down to the collar type and the buttons, this is why our suits will never date and always be a true investment.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
1. Check the estimated delivery date
You’ll find this date in your Order Confirmation email and in ‘My Orders’ in My Account.
Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. To see the progress of your order, check your tracking.
2. Track your order
All you need to do is log into My Account and select the order you want to track.
Click the ‘Track Order’ button to follow your parcel.
3. I’m still waiting for my order
Waited until your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) – our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of the date which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
I'm having trouble signing into my account
ou must sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn’t recognised, there’s a few things worth checking:
- Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
- If you can’t remember your password click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign in page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
- If you enter your email address and/or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes.
If your issue isn’t password related, here are a few things you may want to check;
- Make sure that the ‘Block all cookies’ function is disabled on your browser’s settings
- Check that Javascript is enabled on your browser’s settings.
- Make sure that you don’t have any content blockers installed.
- Make sure that your device clock is accurate. For security reasons, if your device clock is fast, you won’t be able to access your account. You can resolve this problem easily by setting the time on your device to default.
If after this you still can’t sign in, contact us via phone, email or in store giving as much detail as you can about the issue, including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.
